If the Company accepts a booking from an individual representing itself or a group, then upon full advance payment, it enters into an agreement to provide accommodation and services as described on its invoice with the proviso that should the Company be unable to fulfil its obligations under this agreement, it cannot be held accountable for damages and changes to reservations caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Company (including and without limitation), acts of God, explosions, floods, tempests, fires, accidents, war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions or other occurrences. In circumstances such as, (but not confined to), failure of internal services or supplies and booking errors, the Company may terminate the said agreement at any time and shall fully refund any payments received. The Company’s liability shall be limited at all times to the cost of the paid-for accommodation only.
Insofar as varied by Indian Law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to luggage or any other property or money belonging to anyone howsoever caused, and shall not be liable for any death or injury (physical or otherwise) whilst in or on the Company’s premises or in a Company or Company-contracted vehicle. No liability will be accepted for missed travel connections as a result of delays caused by the use of Company or Company contracted vehicles.
The Company requires as a condition of booking that its Guests have comprehensive travel insurance.
